Who We Are Looking For
Confident & Outgoing – You love talking to people and closing sales
Sales/Call Experience – Call centre, telesales, appointment setting, or similar
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using GHL, Slack, and Google Sheets
Team Player – Able to collaborate, share insights, and improve with the team
Bonus: Interest/knowledge in Fitness – Not required, but a plus
What You’ll Be Doing
Speaking to People Who WANT to Hear From You! – No cold calls
Booking Sales Appointments – Follow up with leads and schedule in-person consultations for our gym clients
Building Relationships – Engage leads via phone, email, and chat
Achieving Your Goals – Work towards KPIs and track your performance
Using Simple Tools – Manage leads through our CRM, Slack, and Google Sheets
Growing With Us – Attend daily team meetings for coaching and development
Work Schedule
Flexible Shifts
Monday – Friday: 8 am – 10 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 9 am – 5 pm
* All hours are listed in Eastern Standard Time
Earning Potential
Paid Training
Base Pay: $5 – $7 Hourly
Commission: Bonuses for appointment show + online sales incentives
Uncapped: We do not have any limits on your earnings or promotion opportunities
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly payouts
