Job Description

✅ Full-time virtual assistant working directly with the CEO

✅ You’ll be building SOPs, organizing systems, creating content, and communicating with clients

✅ Competitive Pay Structure – Base salary + commission (see below)

Who We Are Looking For

🤝 Confident & Outgoing – You have strong communication skills and speak clear English

📅 Organized – Strong history of organizational habits and structure

🖥️ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using GHL, Slack, and Google Sheets

🎨 Creative Touch – You have skills with Canva, CapCut, and other social media creative tools 

👏 Team Player – Able to collaborate, share insights, and improve with the team

🔥 Bonus: Interest/knowledge of the fitness industry – Not required, but a plus

Flexible Shifts

Monday – Friday: 8 am – 8 pm

* All hours are listed in Eastern Standard Time


Earning Potential

✅ Full-time Position

💰 Base Pay: $800 – $1000 per month

🤑 Commission: Bonuses paid on performance

💯 Uncapped: We do not have any limits on your promotion opportunities 

🗓️ Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly payouts
